Filipina trying pickled herring, did she like it??

Pickled herring is typical for Sweden and really loved by many Swedes. You preferable eat with new boiled potato and traditionally you also can eat with a shot of alcohol, called snaps. Approved by Miss Zane, yes or no??

The Sweden Pavilion

The Swedish pavilion the Forest, had a three-step effect in durability. By using alternative materials instead of concrete and steel, Sweden expect to save 1,000 tons of carbon dioxide. My personal highlights were the concept of forest bath that probably few outside Sweden (or Scandinavia) know about. And then the meat balls at Café by IKEA!

The Saudi Arabia Pavilion

The Saudi Arabia Pavilion was second largest pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai with a total area of 13,059 sqm. It was a pavilion about the people, natural landscapes, past, present and future. This was the pavilion which made largest impact to me.

But I will not spoil the fun, since this is a video review of the Green Planet in Dubai. Is it worth going there? Well join me and you will see. A tip: Buy the tickets online and get discount.

Dubai Mall | UAE

I walked 19 000 steps in Dubai Mall just in one day!

Yes, it's the largest mall in the world by total land area. I've seen many big malls in Asia before so I thought I wouldn't be so easy to impress. But I admit I was impressed. I was impressed by its location with the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa just around the corner outside. There are also some major  highlights inside the mall you wouldn't miss, the Dubai Aquarium for example. One thing that surprised me though, despite the size of the Dubai Mall it was easy for me to navigate my way around which is not always the case.
