My recipes
Tuna with spagetti and tomato sauce. This recipe is normally enough for two normal persons or one big plate for a big eater, like myself.
Start with chopping one onion.
Fry the onion a couple of minutes.
Later you will add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Yeah I know... this picture is unsharp...
Use the spices that you like. Here we have vegetable broth, herb salt, lemon pepper and finally some dried chili flakes to make it a little bit spicy.
Add the chopped tomatoes and the tomato paste together with the fried onion.
I am crazy in black olives...
So I added some black olives and some dried herbs. Today I used oregano and thyme.
Meanwhile when the tomato sauce is cooking a couple of more minutes you prepare the spagetti and grate some cheese.
You add the spagetti in boiling water and cook it to be "al dente", not over cooked.
You prepare the canned tuna, this time I used tuna in oil.
When the spagetti is cooked you put it on a plate. I like to sprinkle some olive oil on top.
Add the tuna.
Finally you add the tomato sauce and the grated cheese. I never let the tuna cook in the sauce, it's more tasty this way.
